Glossy Crystal Silicone Ink is a two-component, heat-curing transparent silicone ink developed for textile screen printing. It can be printed directly to create clear gel graphics and raised 3D logos or applied as a glossy topcoat over colored and high-density silicone prints. Its high transparency, controlled leveling and shape retention produce a smooth, crystal-clear, glass-like surface with strong visual depth and minimal screen marks. After complete curing, the silicone forms a dry, non-tacky and flexible elastomeric layer with excellent gloss, elastic recovery, adhesion, wash resistance and abrasion durability. It stretches with the fabric without easily cracking, peeling or losing its shape, making it ideal for sportswear, footwear, fashion garments, labels, elastic fabrics and premium textile decoration.

Recommended Printing Process
1. Evaluate the Fabric
Test the production fabric for adhesion, heat resistance, surface treatment and silicone-curing compatibility.
2. Prepare the Silicone
Mix the crystal silicone base thoroughly before use. Use clean tools and avoid excessive high-speed mixing, which may introduce air bubbles.
3. Add the Catalyst
Add the specified catalyst immediately before printing. Follow the mixing ratio stated in the applicable Technical Data Sheet.
Mix slowly and thoroughly until the catalyst is evenly dispersed.
4. Remove Trapped Air
Allow the mixed silicone to stand briefly before printing. Vacuum degassing may be used when necessary to reduce trapped air and improve transparency.
5. Screen Print
Apply the silicone through a clean screen and suitable stencil. Use controlled squeegee pressure to produce an even deposit and minimize air entrapment.
For raised or rounded effects, build the required height through several controlled layers rather than applying excessive material in one pass.
6. Flash Cure Between Layers
Flash cure each printed layer only until it is stable enough to support the next application.
Excessive flash curing may reduce interlayer adhesion. Insufficient flash curing may cause spreading, sinking or loss of print definition.
7. Complete Final Curing
Complete final curing according to the recommended temperature and time. Thick or multilayer designs require sufficient heat to cure the entire silicone structure.
Verify the actual temperature reaching the printed fabric rather than relying only on the dryer display.
8. Cool and Inspect
Allow the finished print to cool completely before checking transparency, gloss, surface tack, adhesion and elasticity.

Prevent dust, fibers and cured silicone particles from entering the ink.
Mix slowly to minimize air bubbles.
Use only compatible catalysts and additives.
