Product Usage：

2660M-3, star product, first choice for big-name printing, 2668M, easy handprint printing, easy printing, 8660M, extremely soft, first choice for sports fabrics, the above products can be added with B80 curing agent, and can also be mixed with rounded corners, matte surface, foaming, anti-corrosion Sublimation silica gel and other special processes can be used for color paste printing, heat transfer printing and other processes, suitable for cotton, polyester and other textile fabrics that have not been made and have strong waterproof treatment.

Product performance:

1.100% solid content, no collapse after baking.

2. Thick plates with different hardness and elasticity are used for different effects

How to use：

The ratio of curing agent is 100:2-5%, multiple printing, used for right-angle thick plate effect, thinner is added by percentage

Precautions：

1. High Density silicone machine printing, if the baking machine prints blisters, the baking temperature is too high, and too much delay agent is added.

2. For High Density Silicone, the screen mesh should be 100-150 mesh, and the thickness should be 0.2MM-0.5MM

3. High Density silica gel has no fluidity and is more likely to appear textured. Generally, it is required to cover the surface twice (bright surface or matte surface)

Application area:
